Which formats do you support?
Audio supports MP3, M4A, WAV, and AAC. Video supports MP4, MOV, and WebM.
How are audio and video charged?
Audio uses 1 credit per rounded-up minute. Video uses 3 credits per rounded-up minute, with a minimum of 1 credit.
How long are my files kept?
Original uploads and results remain available only in your account's Activity history according to the published storage policy. Selecting a file before sign-in does not upload it.
Does a failed task use credits?
No. Credits are consumed only after a valid output is uploaded and verified.
What is the difference between FFmpeg and CleanVoice?
FFmpeg runs locally in your deployment. CleanVoice sends the signed media URLs to the configured CleanVoice service. Your administrator chooses the provider.
Can I retry a failed task?
Yes. Failed tasks can be retried from Activity using the current processing configuration.
What are the file limits?
Regular tasks support files up to 1 GB and 30 minutes by default. The limits can be adjusted by an administrator.
