How do credits work?
Audio uses 1 credit per rounded-up minute. Video uses 3 credits per rounded-up minute.
What does the free allowance cover?
New accounts receive 10 credits, enough for up to 10 minutes of audio or about 3 minutes of video. No credit card is required.
How is a yearly plan charged?
The full annual amount shown on the selected plan is charged once per year. The monthly equivalent is shown only for comparison.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Yes. Unused subscription credits can roll over up to three times the plan's regular credit allowance.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from Billing; access continues through the paid period shown there.
Is VAT included?
Displayed prices exclude VAT. Applicable tax may be added during checkout based on your location.
What happens when a task fails?
Failed tasks do not consume credits. Refunds otherwise follow the published Terms of Service and applicable law.
