How long are my files kept?

No. Credits are consumed only after a valid output is uploaded and verified.
What is the difference between FFmpeg and CleanVoice?
FFmpeg runs locally in your deployment. CleanVoice sends the signed media URLs to the configured CleanVoice service. Your administrator chooses the provider.
Can I retry a failed task?
Yes. Failed tasks can be retried from Activity using the current processing configuration.
What are the file limits?
Regular tasks support files up to 1 GB and 30 minutes by default. The limits can be adjusted by an administrator.
